We had the great honour to host Richard Freeman's first yoga retreat in Greece.

The workshop was on asana and philosophy with a focus on themes from the Yoga Sutra as they are reflected within the practice of Ashtanga yoga

We are very much hoping to have Richard and Mary back with us in the near future.
